    Great article. Putting the rights things in perspective so the decision maker doesn’t get overwhelmed and just let the contractor run off and build another glass or brick box. A show a lot of my clients pictures and possibilities and their first reaction is “you can do that with my building?” Yes with little to no additional cost with huge impact on return and value.
